Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, returns are strictly limited.

1. All Sales Final

Most products sold by Infinity Lab are non-returnable because of:

• Laboratory contamination risks
• Storage sensitivity
• Product integrity concerns

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

• Incorrect product shipped
• Product damaged during transit
• Missing items in shipment

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, customers must provide:

• Order number
• Photos of the product and packaging
• Description of the issue

4. Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable.
